Does the money from these sales go towards autism?
Yes it all goes into our fund for scholarships and to educate the community about autism. We use the scholarships to help those whose insurance compannies will not pay for treatment for them. We supply the scholarships so they are able to get therapies such as OT, PT, & ST, or medications, medical and education aids, or for special testing they may need.
The pins seem beautiful in the pictures are they really that great in person?
YES!! They are much better in person, the pictures do not do the pins justice and each one is one of a kind as they are all hand done, no two are exactly alike, I believe ou will love them. I and my friends have them and we get complements each time we are wearing them as they are so different then the regular tack pins you see out there.

How did you come up with starting a organization like this?
Our son Joshua was diagnosed with Autism, once my insurance company found out he was autistic they refused to cover any form of treatment or therapy for him because autism is under the policies exclusions along with down syndrome, and mental retardation. We wanted to help out other families like ours in need of resources for their children and we came up with Stride 4 Autism. Thank you for asking.
